What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via Visa, PayPal.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can choose to check out as a guest by selecting "Guest Checkout". However, arranging returns is easier if you have an account and track your order.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?
If you find our product at a lower price elsewhere, we will do our best to match. To get a price match, please contact us via our contact form before placing an order.

When will my order be shipped?
We will endeavor to ship within 14 business days of purchase. If your order is urgent, please call us to check current stock availability and confirm current lead time before shipping (if the item is not in stock at the time of purchase). In-stock orders placed and paid in full by 8am on these ship days will ship within 3-15 business days. Excludes public holidays.

The shipping methods we will provide (including but not limited to the following)
1. Worldwide Postal Shipping (EMS)
2. Standard Commercial Express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
3. The third-party freight forwarding company (commercial express company partner) transports to the destination.

How can I track my order?
After the goods are shipped, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by email. Using this tracking number, you can view a tracking summary that lists delivery information captured at various scan points during the item's transit.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are received within 4-10 weeks from order to delivery. Add days for custom orders.

We do our best to deliver orders within our usual lead times, but please note that due to reduced capacity at our warehouses and carriers, some orders may take longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please feel free to email a member of our customer service team.

How do I assemble the product?
Complete assembly instructions are provided in the box of each product. Do the provisions require an electrician or multiple people to assemble.
It is recommended that lighting fixtures be installed by professionals. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for accidents and/or accidents that may occur as a result of improper use and/or installation of our products.

I received a damaged product. What should I do next?
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify Customer Service at support@lspecialj.com within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo that clearly shows the damaged item and/or packaging. Shipping to a job site or warehouse is no exception. If you notice external damage to the box, please file a claim with the delivery driver upon receipt. In the event of damage, lspecialj may, at its sole discretion, replace one or more damaged components or the entire luminaire.

Shipping
1. Where are the items?
All packages are shipped from our China factory.

2. When will the package be shipped?
Packages are shipped within 3-15 business days of your order.
Once shipped, an email will be sent to your email with package tracking information. If you can't find the mail, please check your trash, otherwise it may be rejected by your mail system, please contact us.
Our orders are usually delivered within 4-10 weeks (some countries may be longer, if you are not sure, please contact us to check). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

Refund

2. If you need to return the product for any other reason than the above
If you are not satisfied for any reason other than the above, you may return eligible lspecialj.com items to our warehouse in China within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging. Note that this does not apply to custom orders.

PayPal Buyer Protection

When you shop from sellers that accept PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under the PayPal Buyer Protection Program. If applicable, through PayPal's Buyer Protection Program, you will be able to receive full reimbursement, including the purchase amount and original shipping costs, if any. PayPal will determine if your claim for compensation is eligible for the Buyer Protection Program. PayPal's original decision is final, but if you now have new or persuasive information that we did not have when we made the original decision, or if you believe the decision process went wrong, you can appeal the decision to PayPal.

Product Care Instructions
Daily cleaning: Feather duster electrostatically absorbs dust and sweeps away floating dust
1. Ceiling light & chandelier
Both the ceiling lamp and the chandelier are hung at high places, and it is inconvenient to disassemble. The dust can be taken care of with a feather duster, and the cleaning detergent can be sprayed on the surface of the lamp body to soften for 5 minutes and then wiped dry with a soft cloth.
2. Floor lamp
For the dirt on the base of the floor lamp, you can use a soft cloth dipped in detergent to clean the lampshade. You can first pour the special detergent on the rag, and then wipe the part where the rag is changed.
3. Desk lamp
First wipe off the dust on the surface of the base, and then pour the liquid special detergent containing abrasives for metal products on a soft cloth and wipe it.
4. Spotlight & Wall Light
Lamps in higher places need to clean the base, pay attention to power off, try to wipe with a dry cloth, etc. If you need to clean with water, detergent and other liquids, try to twist the rag to 90% dry, and be careful not to leave any residue on the lamps after cleaning liquid.
